Baby has slight fever and diarrhea...assume it's teething-related?

She's struggling with her teething and recently she's has a slightly higher than normal temperature and more dirtier diapers than usual. She's otherwise her usual self. Should I assume these are related to her teething problems or take her to the dr? Well I mean if there becomes a high fever and bad diarrhea. She's been like this for a week but doesn't appear "sick" in any way.
