11 month will not eat?

It is perfectly normal for kids to go through phases like this. Your son is reaching the age where he isn't growing quite as fast as he used to and doesn't actually require a ton of food to maintain or put on a little weight. They get to a point where they are too busy for eating and would rather be exploring everything. Don't make a big deal out of his not eating. The bigger deal you make the more fun you make it for him. Just put the food in front of him and leave him alone. If he eats it great. If not then put it away and try again later. Just sit quietly and eat your own food. If he sees you eating he might start himself. Also avoid foods you need to feed him. Hes getting to the age he really wants to just do it himself. And be prepared to go through these stages off and on for the next while. My daughter is pushing 2 and still spits out her food (the she puts in her own mouth) and refuses to eat.
