Whats the best way to deal with a teething baby?

those teething stuff really don't work, i would give my son and daughter motrin (ibuprofen) and they would be fine and a frozen wet rag so they could chew on it.... and for the diarrhea give her some pedialyte, and the fussiness will go away with the motrin.
