How do you know when a girl wantss you to kiss her.?

I went to say goodbye to this girl after visiting her her and after I hugged her she was just standing there looking at me. Usually I give her a kiss on the cheek whil I'm hugging her but I just hugged her and when I was about to walk out the door, I walked in front of her and I put my hand on her face and kissed her on the cheek and I left with her saying bye softly and sweetly. It could have been easy kissing her on the lips because she didnt move her head away from me but I didn't want to because I'm afraid of her reaction. She thinks I'm hot and I like her alot. Was she expecting me to kiss her on the lips.
