I need help weaning my 6 month old baby girl?

Well I am confused why a dr would want a child weaned in "2 weeks"??? That is very odd. My son is almost 9 months, we are still waiting for teeth, and he breastfeeds first thing in the morning and before bed...otherwise he is on a bottle...So it sounds like you are trying to take her off the breast and off breast milk at the same time.....she is wanting momma! I assume you are pumping...trying offering one breast and then a bottle of breast milk AFTER she finishes the one breast. I would make it a routine...morning and night breastfeeding..and the daytime 1 breast and then a bottle of breast milk.....She has the bottles when you aren't there...when you are there just try easing her off the breast...not cold turkey...Best of luck
