Foundations for dry/combination skin?

my skin is quite dry in the morning when im applying my makeup, my cheeks are very dry! but then as the day does on it looks fine :) i need something thats going to stay on all day as i cant really reapply my makeup in school and i need it to look flawless. my skin isnt too bad, i have a few spots and red marks but i dont feel comfortable without foundation. any suggestions? my forehead gets shiny easy so id say i have combination skin :) also try and make it about �10 or less :) main thing is staying power :)
