Does anyone know of any free to low cost suboxone outpatient clinics or doctors that will work with you?

I started out taking loratabs for teethe problems and what do you know i liked that rush. So five and a half years later i have been on this vicious cycle of trying to find another pill just to feel normal. I have tried many times on my own to kick the habbit but i just go freaking crazy from the physical pain. It hurts more than anything ive ever felt and im soo tired of it. And now everyone i know around me is on the pills too. My mom,dad,brother,sister, granny and lots of my friends. Im trying to find a long term matinance program. I live in MineralWells texas and if you know the area there is nothing around here for drug addicts seeking help. Please if anyone knows of any suboxone outpatient programs that are free or any low cost doctors i would appreciate the help more than you know.
