3 month old chewing on hands?

Is it possible that she is teething? She kinda acts like its bothering her to eat and doesn't have as good of a latch as she used to all of a sudden. She is still sleeping through the night. (9pm-5am) Or is she just being a baby? :) Anything I can do to help her if she is teething?
